UHE Explores Collaboration with Tongwon University, South Korea

A delegation from Tongwon University, South Korea, led by Vice Chancellor Mr. Jongin Choi, visited the University of Home Economics (UHE) Lahore, to explore potential avenues of academic collaboration and international exchange.

The delegation included Mr. Wongshup Jang and Ms. Biya Na, Directors of International Exchange at Tongwon University, along with Mr. Shehzad Khan, Honorary Counselor and Welfare Attaché for the Pakistani Community in Seoul.

During the meeting with Prof. Dr. Zaib-un-nisa Hussain, Vice Chancellor of UHE, discussions focused on fostering mutual cooperation in education, research, and student exchange programs.

Key officials from the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) — Mr. M. Kashmir Farooq (ADG IT), Ms. Noreen Anwar (Senior Program Manager), and Mr. Adnan Javed (Project Manager) were also present on the occasion to support the initiative and explore digital collaboration opportunities.

The visit marks a significant step towards strengthening international partnerships and enhancing the global footprint of UHE.
