UHE Promotes Digital Literacy Among Students

Under the visionary leadership of Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Zaib-un-nisa Hussain, Day 1 of the 3 day Digital Literacy Program, organised by Women Development Centre UHE in collaboration with Women Development Department and Punjab Information Technology Board, was held today at University of Home Economics.
The session was conducted by Muhammad Azhar Rafi, digital expert and you tube content creator and Mr Ather Asif Program Mamager (HR) from Punjab IT Board.
Day 1 focused on teaching students how to create, monetize, and market YouTube channels while building a strong digital presence. Key topics that were discussed in the session include content creation, e-commerce, women empowerment through digital literacy and a structured approach to digital entrepreneurship was emphasized.
The workshop was convened by Dr. Ayesha Sarfraz Head WDC and hosted by Ms. Laiba Butt, coordinator Women Development Centre .
Students from all departments of UHE actively participated in the workshop. Certificates will be provided to the participants at the end of the three day workshop.
