UHE observes “Youm-e-Tashakur” in Success of Operation BunyÄn MarsÅ«s

The University of Home Economics organized a “Youm-e-Tashakur” (Day of Gratitude) to mark the success of Operation BunyÄn MarsÅ«s. The Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Zaib-un-nisa Hussain led the rally, which saw enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and university staff.
The event began with a flag-hoisting ceremony in front of the Academic Block, led by the Vice Chancellor. Students carried placards paying tribute to the courage and Valor of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
Slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” echoed throughout the rally as students and teachers expressed their patriotic fervour.
Prof. Dr. Zaib-un-nisa Hussain paid tribute to the Pakistan Armed Forces for their historic victory against India, stating that the successful outcome of the operation had reaffirmed the military’s superiority.
She emphasized that the students, faculty, and the entire nation stood in gratitude to the Government of Pakistan and its armed forces.
She further noted that Pakistan has always desired peace in the region, but by decisively countering India’s war-driven ambitions, the country has demonstrated its military strength and resolve.
To honour the armed forces, banners expressing solidarity and appreciation were also displayed across the university campus.
